PRIVATE 1-1 SESSIONS
Working with clients on a one-to-one basis has been my passion since I started teaching in 2015. I use an intuitive approach in my work, meaning I tailor every session to meet you precisely where you’re at while supporting your to take action towards your goals.
In private 1-1 sessions you will receive my undivided attention, support and wisdom. I work with clients at all stages of their yoga or wellness journey. Whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or desperate to create a roadmap for achieving your lifestyle goals, 1-1 sessions are the ideal springboard to learn new movement practices, restore your confidence and up-level your mindset.
Private sessions can be booked as one-off appointments, or block bookings are available for those who want to work together in the longer term.
