Join Louise Dodds (My Ayurveda Scotland) and Tali Lowe (hiya!) at Self Care Sessions – a FREE event at Hendersons (Hanover Street, Edinburgh) on 8th January 6-8pm. Get all the tools you need to change your mindset and improve your health.
Louise will be talking about Ayurveda, what it is, how it can help to heal and rebalance the mind and body, and guide you through the steps to carry out an Ayurvedic detox this January.
Tali will discuss how to ditch the the dieting mentality and stop yo-yo dieting for good, and ways to incorporate a more intuitive approach to eating well. It’s official that diets don’t work – 95% of dieters regain all the weight they lose (and then some) within 5 years. However, we’re still bombarded with Weight Watchers adverts and ‘clean eating’ Instagram models, leaving us more confused than ever about the correct way to eat. Tali will teach you how make sense of it all and find your own unique approach to eating well. She will also introduce elements of mindfulness and explain why yoga can be such a powerful tool to improve body image and self worth.
After the talks, Louise and Tali will both be offering free 5-10 minute one-to-one consultations with Self Care Session attendees (on a first-come-first-serve basis). This is an invitation to ask any questions you have about your own health issues, and an opportunity to learn what it is like to work with them both.
