We are here to help, whether you’re looking to feel better in your body, transform your health or elevate your mental wellbeing. As the experts in teaching private yoga classes in Edinburgh (and beyond!), we can take your needs and goals and create a practice that is fun and supportive for you.

During some of your private yoga classes you may learn breathing techniques to help you feel relaxed or yoga poses to help you feel calm and present. In some sessions you can learn fancy advanced poses (if you want to!). Other times we might really focus on improving your strength or flexibility where you need it most.

Whatever kind of day you are having, we will always tailor your class to help you feel your best. We’re flexible like that.

How Private Yoga Classes in Edinburgh Work


The beautiful Yoga Transformative studio is at 10a Rutland Square, EH1.  We are about as central as you can get, although you wouldn’t think it on this tranquil square!

Our yoga studio is just a 3 minute walk away from Princes Street.  There is also plenty of on-street (metered) parking on Rutland Square.

We have two incredible spaces for yoga in our garden level studio. Whether your 1:1 yoga class is in Insight or Evolve studio, we have access to all the props you could need, with none of the distractions of a home-based class.

Private yoga classes are generally 60 minutes, and are usually scheduled at the same set time every week/fortnight/month.  Some of our clients have 2 private yoga classes a week, while others book 1 a month. You choose what will suit you the most.

If availability allows, we are more than happy to book you in on an “as needed” basis. We appreciate you may have a busy schedule, so we try to keep extra spaces available for this reason.

We also offer semi-private yoga classes for groups of 2-3 individuals. These are perfect if you want to learn yoga alongside your partner, friends or a family member.


We also offer Zoom private yoga classes so you can learn yoga from the comfort of your home, wherever that may be!

We sell lots of props on our online store so that you can create your own home yoga studio.

Online private yoga classes are 60 minutes, and are usually scheduled at the same set time every week/fortnight.  You choose how often you would like to learn yoga.

If availability allows, we are more than happy to book you in on an “as needed” basis. Again, we try to keep extra spaces available for those whose schedule is a little less regular.

We also offer semi-private online yoga classes for groups of 2-4 individuals.  You will still receive lots of focused attention, with the added bonus of learning yoga with your favourite person/people!
