
GROUP YOGA COURSES IN
We’re so excited to be offering group yoga courses and workshops at The Yoga Transformative studio. These groups will be limited to 6-8 students so that you can experience our bespoke TYT tailored support in a small group setting.
We make sure that class sizes are small so that every attendee will receive the high level of personalised attention that we pride ourselves on here at The Yoga Transformative. In our group yoga courses we combine this high level of focus and care with the opportunity to learn from us in a small close-knit community over the course of several weeks.

UPCOMING GROUP YOGA COURSES
Friday Night Yoga | Fridays 5:30-6:30pm | 4 Week Course

The perfect way to unwind, de-stress and let go of a busy week. End your Friday with this chilled Friday night yoga class; a practice designed to counteract the impact of a busy week whether you are working at home or settling back into the office – and start your weekend relaxed and refreshed.
- Release any excess energy with some strong standing poses; grounding you and helping move out of the mind and into your body as you flow with your breath
- Slow down & release tension in your neck & shoulders, hips and lower back with slower, floor based asana (poses)
- Settle in and go deeper with a guided relaxation; taking time to unwind and bring in some mindfulness techniques to clear the mind and relax the body ahead of the weekend.
Meditate & Restore | Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm | 4 Week Course

An hour a week just for yourself is not selfish, it’s a necessity! In this 4-week course you’ll be introduced to different kinds of meditation and movement—all aimed at nourishing the mind and the body and giving you a little escape from the everyday. You’ll learn new ways of inquiring into your body, breathing patterns, and the environment around you, perhaps even into your imagination!
Using different styles of yoga (restorative, yin, gentle vinyasa), you’ll be invited to find a state of calm through movement and stillness. The use of scents, music, and head/shoulder massages in our classes (for those interested) will bring a soothing effect to your senses. An hour well spent!
